Baby + Me Yoga at A Cup of Literature in Asbury Park

The Yoga With Littles Baby Yoga class incorporates gentle movement for both mom and baby and is designed to help you connect and bond with your little one while meeting other new moms. This class is created especially for mothers with babies age newborn - 12 months.

*This 6 week class series runs from 3/24 - 5/5. Please note that there will be no class on 4/7 due to spring break.
