Toddler + Me Yoga at A Cup of Literature in Asbury Park

The Yoga With Littles Toddler Yoga class incorporates movement, breathing, and mindfulness, all taught in a playful, child-friendly way. It is designed to help you move, play, and have fun with your little one while making new friends. This class is created especially for moms with toddlers 1 year and up.

*This series runs from 3/24 - 5/5. Please note that there is no class on 4/7 due to spring break.
