
The Yoga With Littles Prenatal Yoga class is a gentle, supportive class for expecting moms to connect with their growing baby, support their changing body, and enjoy intentional self care. Stretch, breathe, and relax while meeting other expecting moms in the community. This class is created for all stages of pregnancy and all experience levels are welcome.

This class series runs from 5/2 - 5/30. Please note that there will be no class on 5/23, Memorial Day Weekend.
